Refer a Family For Care Community Support

How to Refer a Family

Thank you for taking the time to refer a family that is in need of support.

To protect the privacy of the family we ask that you fill out the form below and we'll send an email to the family you are referring. That email will have the video you see on this page as well as an invitation link for them to request a care community from their home church or a church near to them.

Please be aware that there is often more families in need than we have care communities. However, by completing this form, if a care community is available in your area we will reach out and see if there is interest. Care communities are typically living within 20 minutes of the family being served, therefore can take some time to pull together. Please email info@c127.org if you have any questions or suggestions. We are honored to serve these amazing families serving in the hard places whenever possible.
